The “Heart for Heart – Foundation for Life!”, the brainchild of Erich and Irène Lejeune, has now existed for 11 years. Numerous children, especially from poor countries, have already benefited from the Foundation, such as through medical interventions on the heart. Last weekend, a large ceremonial benefit gala was held at the Bavarian State Opera.
